This is where we will let you know comments from other people. This is also where we will be posting the pictures of the boom stickers.

Here we have a VSK set of sails on an RC44. Thanks Jordan and Michael for the time and effort in getting this done, go to VSK and sail with them both....and good luck...they are good.. In true TB4E SPIRIT we are told by Jordan that his Mate Jesse did all the hard work. So a big thanks to Jordan for putting aside his ego, and thanks to Jesse for the work......

Team before Ego
As an International Judge and International measurer I would like to welcome the ethos of this team. In my mind the ethos goes beyond the crew in the boat and should be reflected in all aspects of our racing. This means abiding by the rules, taking a penalty when needed without being forced to, shaking hands at the end of a protest irrespective of the decision and thanking the Race Officer and his team afloat and ashore for putting on the racing and social side for you. Sadly I see too many instances around the world where bad manners and questionable attitudes are prevalent and I sincerely hope that the Team before Ego team can spread more of their ethos through the sport.
I wish them well.

Our good friend Gareth, proving that even single handed sailers are part of a team, (who could launch and recover one of these on their own!!) This was taken during the recent Tiger Trophy... Looking good fella... Thanks for your support....
Geoff, Here is a photo of my Tanzer 25 "Akoni" with the TB4E sticker on it. We sail in the Chesapeake Bay in Maryland USA. The Chesapeake is a beautiful place to sail.
We get everything from light to heavy air, smooth water and steep chop. Our favorite conditions are light air at night. It was our first full season racing this boat, just stepping out of a Capri 30 the last 4 years that just finally sold. A Fleet or C/D Fleet, the EGOs are all big! The TB4E sticker reminds us of who we are.
First sticker in the WORLD...Not quite what we were expecting, but Wes has promised to keep us posted with the progress of the boat, and you can follow that progress here.
I crew on many racing teams up and down western long island sound here in the states. However until recently I was not the owner of a boat of my own. My terminally ill grandfather has passed along a sailing dinghy to me that is not in (sadly) the greatest condition.
Well, it's because I think that your mission to take the Egos out of sailing is just in the spirit of my project and that is why I have included a picture of your boom sticker on the hull of my project boat.
